在Debian下使用hybla拥塞算法优化服务器TCP

众所周知TCP在丢包率高的时候,带宽急剧下降,使用hybla拥塞算法可以帮助服务器提高并发量和改善高延迟掉包情況

要求Debian 7版本及以上

OpenVZ构架不适用

创建/etc/sysctl.d/local.conf文件,并粘贴一下内容
